Nutrikoda may offer a free trial period for evaluation. We recommend testing workflows during this period before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Subscription Charges
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to monthly or yearly billing cycles selected at checkout.
3. Standard Refund Rule
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle begins.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments, billing errors, or proven technical service failure.
5. Request Window
To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the charge date with account and payment details.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless approved.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, payment reversal timing depends on your payment provider and banking system.
